Hi, Im a 16 year old boy. I am a virgin - i have tried to have sex on two seperate occasions. Once with a condom, the moment the condom was put on the erection disapeared. :$ Next time was a little different... We decided (me and my partner) to try it dry, i got an erection pretty easily and it went in. However it didn't stay up or go anywhere deep enough to cause any pleasure to me or my partner it was all quite embarresing really.. also as i was trying, and failing misserably, to have sex for the first time it was causing me a lot of pain at the top of my penis..

Well i have been researching and i think i may have "Phismosis". My foreskin didn't retract over the bell until i was 14 years old and that was a painful situation. Now it retracts pretty easily however dosnt go very far down the main part of the penis before tightly gripping on. It becomes soo tight and causes pain to the top of the penis. I have mentioned this to a few "educated" friends and they think im being ridiculous however refused to look a my penis.

Im getting really frustrated with myself as it is twice ive failed now and its quite embarresing.

P.S whats the average size for a penis (erected and non-erected) for a 16 year old boy? Just out of curiosity
