havent stop bleeding since having my son 6 months ago

i had my son by emergancy c section due to my temp being over 40

i had post bleeding for six weeks but had implant fitted when was still bleeding and still bled for extra three weeks making it 9 weeks heavy bleeding so i was giving a birth control tablet aswell as implant to try and help with bleeding it worked for first two months with only having to deal with random light spotting here and there but by the third month the bleeding started again while still taking tablets but i finished the pack and was told and left it for another month still no change and bleeding alot so i when on the old birth control that i used to be on because i knew it always used to stop my bleeding and it did for couple days then week later had implant removed and have been bleeding constantly since only having a break by it lightening up or stop for couple hours am thinking do i just stop taking my pill and see if that helps as then i know its thr form of contraception or do i just go docs ......
