My personal opinion and experience tells me there's a chance you are self-medicating. I did that with weed and k2. It was hard for me to identify that as the problem and not addiction. I would look into the state of you're well being, either through a therapist or psychiatrist( I took an MMPI test) and see if there's medication you can use to to help. I let a lot of time go by being in denial and not identifying my depression and anxiety. Good luck.

I know the feeling. I have been smoking cannabis almost everyday for 10+ years. I can go all day without even thinking about it, but when its time to relax at the end of the day and go to sleep, thats when I smoke. I want to quit and i know i can. but it's going to be tuff. There is a tree called Kratom that you can buy online and at some head shops. Its a powerfull little herb and I think it would helpful in Cannabis withdrawal.
