If he started to cum before he was outside and away from your vagina than yes it is possible that you could get pregnant, however it will largely depend where you are in your cycle. If you have a say a 28 day cycle and you are between day 10 and 20 than there is good chance you could get pregnant. However before day 10 and after day 20 the risk is much lower.
