So long story short...I was doing oral with my girlfriend and whilst in the moment I heard a small pop and what sounded like she was uncontrollably queefing, she immediately started crying and saying it hurt and I have no idea what. happened this was two days ago and she started heavy bleeding and is having sharp pelvic pains,  I suggested the ER but she doesn't want to, any suggestions?
