Bro just do the breathing exercise and then see the results....there was a time when I was suffering with this horrible feelings..now I m totally fine wd the help of breathing exercises like meditation

I am not sure who may hear this but I am scared. I am a mother of a 9 and a half year old boy who has been feeling a heavy feeling mostly in his head for a while now. All I can say is that he sais it is worse when he looks at things up close than far away, it comes and goes but stays with him all day, it is difficult to read at school, he tries to look away quickly and the feeling goes away temporarily, and its worse when he tries to fall asleep. All he can tell me is that it's a heavy feeling he gets. Anyone ever hear of this? He did have night terrors when he was little. Not sure where to go with this.

DO NOT CONSIDER SUICIDE JASON, Man don't let something like that stop you man! I feel heavy headed too and I am sensitive to light and along with that I get dizzy spells but excuse my French FUUUUCK THAT ! . This which I have described has not stopped me on top of that I have anxiety and ptsd now that sux but you know what god gave us a life to keep going man , live dogg. I had 3 near death experiences too, so dude trust me when I say this think happy thought make some goals man , pursue those bit***s and wear sunglasses man.

p.s. sorry bout the run on sentences just want to get my point through.

Hello all! Hope someone answers this in regard to this head thing. I wake up with a heavy head but it goes away after I get up and or drink water but it just happened AFTER I drank a cup of coffee. It has lasted for about 15 so far.. my head and neck get very heavy and face feels numb. Does anyone have this with coffee or certain foods? I have gut issues and many health problems due to toxic mold exposures. Thanks for any responses! I did look up Chairi Malformation.. not sure if this is what I am dealing with or not??

Jim: I get the heavy 'heavy' head feeling always when the atmosphere is humid. I drink plenty of water, so not dehydrated. Sleep well. My age 95.
