Heavy vaginal bleeding lsting longer than 15 days

hello my name is kym and i am at premenopausl state i believe, i missed one month of my period and spotted for a week the following month before a very heavy bleeding occurred which hasn't let up and there is some tissue in the form of clotting as well, the colour is a brighter red than a normal period, i do not have a doctor where i live now as we have just recently relocated to our new address and am getting a little worried due to the length of time this has continued as well as the colour and loss of blood. i have previously had 3 c-sections last one being 21 years ago and my tubes were cut and tied at this point in time, i have always had a regular menstrul cycle until now and am wondering if this is normal when approaching menopause or if i have reason to be concerned, any information would be greatly appreciated and thankyou for any assistance in which direction i should take in this matter .
