Help meeeee! Should i rush to lost my virginity?

I waited till I was 23. Perhaps I have a lower than average libido? Or maybe it was just my extreme caution and moderate amount of personal conservatism.

I too had several opportunities, and I'm glad I turned each one down. When I finally had it, I had it with someone I didn't love, and the sex wasn't that good. Had I waited longer, I wouldn't have missed much.

As you are a girl and I am not, I would urge you even MORE strongly that "when in doubt, wait". So would the dozens of friends I have listened to over the years. Quoting one female friend with more experience than me: "Sex is messy, and the first time can also be painful and awkward. You want someone you will feel comfortable cuddling with afterwards."

As for "practice so you're good", if you're worried about that, you can get lots and lots of practice without having sex. Making out is comparatively harmless and safe, and there's plenty to learn.

don't be in a rush to get rid of it, just cuz your friends ae doing something doesn't mean you have to, if you find mr.right then he won't care if your a virgin or not it'll still be good for both of you, who cares about practice you can practice with the guy that you love

Wait until you find someone really worth it. Seriously, do you want to loose your virginity to some random guy just to stop being a virgin? It's not worth it.

Nobody should be in a rush to have sex. It's actually NOT a status symbol, no matter what everyone says.

While everyone is giving a resounding NO! Don't do it just to be doing it and getting it over with... I have to admit that is exactly what I did.

I knew this one guy in particular was always after me and I didn't give a flip about him so I used him to get the first time over with 'cause of all the horror stories of a bloody mess and pain. I didn't want any of that to happen with a guy I actually liked. So I know where your line of thinking is coming from.

However, I didn't know at the time that because I used tampons and had been masturbating for years, as well as experimenting with other girls and using various objects with them and myself, I had long ago broken the hymen. So my first time didn't hurt at all and no bloody mess.

My first time wasn't my proudest moment. Wasn't all that spectactular nor was it horrible and I don't regret it. But that is only because I don't have very many regrets at all. I don't think it's worth stressing out over the past, something I can't change. It was a lesson learned and I move on.
But then again, I didn't have the mindset of waiting for Mr. Right and being in love. I was just turned on and tired of doing it myself or other women which was just alot of foreplay and oral sex - I was ready and curious what'd be like to involve a guy.

Now... I'm not saying me using that guy was right, by any means. Just saying you're not alone in this idea. In the end, you're gonna have to do what's right for YOU. And although I didn't do what everyone is advising, I'd have to agree, if you're in doubt, just wait! You'll know when you're ready - you won't have to question it.
And who knows - maybe my first time could have been better if it had been with someone I loved.
