Hi, there. I adore seafood. I am especially attached to fish. Marjoram goes excellently with fish. Its leaves give a delicate taste. You can also try coriander. If you prepare crustaceans, you will need stronger herbs. I recommend basil, mint, rosemary, etc. I hope this will help. Good luck with all!

Anise, basil, caraway, chives, coriander, dill, fennel, hyssop, lemon balm, marigold, marjoram, mint, parsley, rosemary, sage, tarragon, and thyme.
