I am planning a smaller dinner for my college buddies. I was thinking of making fish, but this won’t be enough. I was thinking of enriching it with some herbs. Can anyone recommend me which herbs for fish recipes I could put? I hope someone will answer my post. Thanks in advance.

Hi, there. I think it is a great idea. You should indeed enrich your fish with herbs. The question is whether they should be dried or fresh. I vote for fresh ones. They are more delicious for me. I like more basil and mint. They indeed have some special and exquisite taste they give. On the other hand, you can also try with rosemary. Maybe someone else will have some other idea.

I used basil too but I like it the most with green onion; fried or not I always love onion chives on it. LOL
