Hello,
Unfortunately high cholesterol is hereditary and diseases connected to it (for example diabetes) are also. But that is nothing frightening, since person can prevent or improve this by proper nutrition. So, with proper dieting and exercise against high cholesterol. And of course… No smoking!!!! (this is very important fact). So, less fats (for example, no pork), more vegetables. Less white bread, actually eat bread as little as possible… better eat toast. More fruit and vegetables. NO ALCOHOL!

Hey there...

There are several sources of cholesterol. Over the last 10 years, pharmaceutical companies have created cholesterol lowering drugs called statins. (Like Lipitor, Zocor, Vytorin, Crestor and the like) I am constantly stunned by how dangerous these can be.

If you are concerned about cholesterol, you should check out Bios Life.

Bios Life is the ONLY safe, natural, clinically-proven alternative to statin medications. It is as effective or even more effective than drugs like Lipitor, Zocor, Vytorin, Crestor and the like.

Regards,

Michael
