I fell on my.left thumb 1 year ago. I was doing push up with only my thumbs. When i tried to push myself up, the right thumb couldn't resist the bodyweight and twisted. I felt a sudden pain, and saw my thumb area got bruised. I was unable to move it properly and after 1 or 2 weeks , i could move it properly. Went to doctor and learnt that it was not dislocated. It is working well now, but not like the right one. And now the right one is working better and can hold my weight unlike the left one. How can i make my left thumb work like before? Is is dislocated? What do you recommend?
