Like all other habits once you start them its hard to stop. What i do to stop is something active or look for jobs in the summer fall winter and try for a month or two months to get back to yourself alittle bit.
Whenever I look at chiffon dresses or tights
online I feel like I need to masturbate but i only do it in the shower, i try to think of something else to do like the gym habit or go shopping at my favorite store!! But I’ve been doing it for awhile now and I know when to stop!!
