Is it possible that there are still conflict areas in the world where the bio and chemical weapons are used? I have heard of several areas where anthrax is used and I admit that I am shocked to hear that. How deadly is anthrax anyway? Does US army use it anymore?

I know that the last anthrax stocks in US have been destroyed back in the seventies, but I guess that there are still stocks of it spread across the world, just waiting to fall into the wrong hands. As for the deadliness, well we could say that on the scale from one to ten, it is 12. At least.
