What is the optimal time interval for me to be running in order to burn fat but not cut into muscle mass, (i.e., how many minutes shuoud I run?). My stats are: Male, 6' 2", 205 lbs, Age: 46. My running pace is 2.8 miles in 27 minutes.

burning fat - jogging or slow running... also fast walking is best for fat burning. Don't forget to drink plenty water
