im 15 and i wanna know how can i lose leg fat and lose weight in like 2- 3 months anyone got tips? :-D

Weight training can help you gain lean muscle mass. Muscle tissue is far more metabolically active than fat tissue. Having more muscle mass means that you burn a lot more calories even when you are not exercising. Having said this, I know it is more difficult for a girl to lose leg fat because a surge in estrogen during puberty causes fat to be deposited around her breasts, leg and hip areas to make her look more feminine and attractive to a boy. To lose leg fat, you just will have to workout a lot harder.

Walking, jogging, and joining a sport that uses your legs most of the time. Also, control the portions of what you eat. Don't forget to eat healthy food.
