a very little part of sperm has gone inside me...even that tooo i have tried to remove it through washing it thoroughly...but still i dun wanna take the risk...how do i know that or how should i confirm within 1 day that i am safe from pregnancy...pls reply soon somebody

You can't. There is no test to determine if you'll even get pregnant after sex. The tests only can determine that you are pregnant and have been for a week or more. They look for a specific hormone made by the embryo. If it's there, you're pregnant. Unfortunately, it takes time to get high enough to test.
If you are concerned about possible pregnancy take the emergency contraceptive pill.
