A home pregnancy test can be taken any time now as it is three weeks since you had sex.

I have answered this on your other post:
https://www.steadyhealth.com/IS_IT_NECESSARY_TO_TAKE_PILL_FOR_3_MONTHS_EVEN_WHEN_U_ARE_NOT_DOING_SEX_AND_NOT_PREGNANT__t339464.html#1337412

I will repeat most of what I said there for the benefit of others also

If your cycle had been 28 days, the same as the previous one, then you could have ovulated 2nd September, in which case 28th August could just have been a fertile day. You would probably not have been protected as I understand SAHELI needs to be taken for one month to be effective. However, about 1 in 12 taking SAHELI experience delayed menstruation, which would suggest delayed ovulation. That seems to be the case with you as your period was delayed by 3 days. That means that ovulation probably occurred 5th September and so you were probably not fertile 28th August. This seems to be confirmed by the arrival of your period. So I would be very surprised if you were pregnant.

Dear Shippy
I think the chances of your pregnancy are close to zero. As I said: "I would be very surprised if you were pregnant". You had your period, so you should have avoided pregnancy. I don't think you had sex at a fertile time.
When I said "You would probably not have been protected as I understand SAHELI needs to be taken for one month to be effective" was only if you ovulated 2nd September (which I don't think you did).
SAHELI is only approved in India, and it not entirely known how it actions as it is non-hormonal. It appears to speed up the egg's progress, and slows the womb lining's preparation, so preventing implantation. But it takes time to work. So it is considered wise to use a condom if having sex - certainly in the first month, and possibly in the first 3 months (after which it is taken weekly rather than twice a week).
I don't think you need to be afraid, but be careful in the future.
I hope this helps explain it a bit more. But do ask again if you still don't understand.
But you haven't said why you want to discontinue it.
