I love the feeling of vaginal fulness. I have slept with a dildo inserted before. Is there a limit to how long it is safe to keep a dildo inserted (hours? days?)? I'm curious because a male doctor once told me (when I was having frequent vaginal infections) that as the vagina is self cleaning, that it is not healthy to use tampons or a keeper cup for menstrual periods - they block the cleaning flow.

It really doesn't matger as long as you enjoy it , if you big dilods that's fine , I'm 18 And have a large one which I use in my vagina its a bit sore but really fun
