Me and my wife have been avid runners for some time now, We go out two times a a day, once in the morning and once at night, we run to the corner store (about a 7k run and run back so a bout 14k) We are in our 60's is this too much running?

Provided you are both running the distance with reasonable comfort I see no harm, but whats your point?
If it is just for fitness you could probally get the same result by going out just once a day.
If that's your training for a race I would say you would both aquit yourselves very well over a 14km race distance.
Either way you must be the fittest couple in their 60's going around

you must be avid runners if you are both in your 60s and both doing 16 miles every day...it must be a part of your routine for years i'm guessing...so why ask now? sounds like you've got a well-oiled machine and if you aren't racked with injury or pain, apparently it isn't too much for you two :thumbsup:
