Recently my marriage is held 3 months before  and trying for a baby but it couldn't happen..i feel its due to irregular periods ..or during the sex sperm is coming out . is it so please advise me ..

It can take up to a year before you get pregnant.  There are no guarantees that you'll get pregnant just because you had sex.  At best, the odds of pregnancy when EVERYTHING IS PERFECT are about 1 in 5, so 20%. 

Ideally, you'll have sex from about 2-3 days before you ovulate until just after.  Sperm can survive about 5 days, the egg is only viable for 48 hours after ovulation.  You normally ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle.  Day 1 is when your period starts.

You can get an ovulation test kit to determine exactly when ovulation occurs.
