Hey, I actually don't think that you are addicted or something and that you should stop masturbating right now.
I think that masturbating every third day is not something that you should be worried about.
But I think that your main problem is because you do think a lot about this and you have a lot of free time. You don't do any hobbies, you are not reading books, playing sports, etc.
Maybe you should consider doing this and if you really want to stop masturbating, this is going to help you because you won't have time to think about too much masturbation.

As a young boy you are in the 'turned on years" from about 10 to 20. When I was that age, most of us guys masturbated at least once a day and often several times in a day. Trying to go two whole days without masturbating was cruel and unusual punishment, something you would only attempt if your girl was a sadist and said you should.
As a young girl you are also in the turned on years and from what I read here, most girls are just as active at it as us guys.

6) You will still have sexual desires but when your body is clean through living healthy you can have enough willpower to control those desires.
