5 days is a tad bit long darl, I would go in and see your GP or your local gynecologist for a little looksy, sometimes the breaking can cause an infection, and we dont' want that in our private parts. Remember if it's painful after intercourse, or during urination (This is typical because of the acid in the urine coming into contact with the breakage) but if it's painful sitting around etc, go in and see whats up, pain is your bodies way of saying something isn't right.
