It is quite possible that your anemia is the consequence of your hyperthyroidism.
Like nikols has already mentioned this condition can cause deficiency of some important nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. You can always try to compensate these by taking larger amount of foods which contains these nutrients or by taking supplements to prevent this condition in the future.
Foods which are rich in vitamin B are oysters, clams and mussels. Shellfish are a great source of vitamin B and if you love them start intake of these foods.
