I have heard for many cases where males has hypospadia problem. On one site, I have seen hypospadia surgery pictures, so it gets me interested. Now I want to hear more about this problem. Could you tell me difference between similar disorders to hypospadia? In addition, I would like to hear how to treat them.

I guess you might be confused with similar condition to hypospadia, which is known as hydrocele. Differently, this is collection of fluid within the process vaginalis, and it produces a swelling in the inguinal region or scrotum. It all depends on severity of hydrocele, according to how much fluid is there. You should not be confused with varicocele as well, since this is not the same as hypospadia as well. This is a problem in the veins, blood vessels, which feed the testes. Problem is that they can get large producing a big mass and its treatment is different then for hypospadia. Hypospadia is a congenital defect in the urethra, which occur in the male. Problem is that there the urethral opening occur in an abnormal position. Epsipadia is similar to hypospadia, but this occurs in the dorsal surface of the urethra. You could see pictures of difference between hypospadi and epispadia, and those pictures after surgery. Treatment of hypospadia depends on the case it self, if it is affecting the urination or sexual ability then surgery is indicated.

yes there are many other places to take a flesh from to make the new urethra. also to cover the neo-urethra in order to avoid fistula formation post-operative. generally, there is no harmness in taking a part from the inside lip (mucosa). By the way, the part of flesh taken called a flap (flesh with its blood supply) or graft (that is taken from place away from the the penis without blood supply; inside lip mucosa)
