This may sound stupid but I always wonder why my balls don't hang as low as other guys I see in the gym shower. Should I see a Dr because mine do not hang at all and when I an hard they go inside.

I wouldn't worry. Some guys have testicles that stay "high" others hang really low. As you get older they will tend to hang lower.
It's normal for them to go up as you near orgasm.

hey testicles move upwards in scrotum when you feel cold or exited; and it's natural proses. as you are mentioning that "while you are in gym shower" then obviously you are under water that's why your testicles move upward. so don't worry about that and if you really want to make them hang then take some olive oil warm it and massage it on your testicles by pulling them downward...be care full and don't tug them hard enough to cause pain..
