I am 15, I pleasure myself, but I never had an orgasm

I'm 15 years old and I have masturbated since I was 12 and never really orgasm. I get a feeling just before I do but then I don't feel that good and I just ejaculate. I still continue to do it because I get turned on and I think it'll be good this time but it never is. I'm really scared because I have a deep voice,pubes,I'm tall and everything else but I dont orgasm. Why is this and how can I fix it
