im 14 and i have never had sex and ive noticed these tiny bump like things on my penis on that shaft and theres like allot of them on a line and tiny ones going up the shaft and they all look like tiny pimples when i tryed squeezing one white stuff came out can anybody help me to understand what r they also its itchy sometimes and when i scratch it, it hurts but feels good at the same time... weird right?

The bumps on your penis could be pimples or ingrown hair with squeezing one and getting white stuff it sounds like it is pimples which are very common.
Since you have not had sex an STD is not likely so I would treat it the same acne clean it well and often with warm water and soap using an over the counter antifungal cream will help with the itching.
It is not weird what is happening with you and it is a very common problem as far hurting and feeling good at the same time the lad enjoys the extra attention that’s all.
If the problem does not improve get your parents to take you to the doctor but give cleaning it well and the cream a try.
