Hi there, I'm a 16 year old boy and I've recently (past few months) been feeling more depressed than I think I should do, it's affecting me in my everyday life, I just feel like I'm constantly upset/angry; sometimes for no apparent reason. It stops me concentrating in school, I just feel like I'm in a crappy mood all the time. Also, I've started feeling more tired than normal - struggling to fall asleep and then struggling to wake up in the morning. Could anyone give me any insight to whether this is depression or anything like that and what to do about it?
