I am very fat what should i do not fit in my some clothes.i am 12 years old last month my weight was almost 70 kg its toooo much for this age.plz guys help me.i always eat some thing fatty and say to my self that let me eat one time then i am never going to eat it and alwayas i do the same thing LOL. Dear Alley Lopez, I am hear to help people and maybe to be helped , that is what life is all about. The first thing you do is get your mind straight. Don't be worrying abou any thing. As for a diet I can help in that way too. I too have been there. You set your mind to eat a simple variety of foods 6 days a week. Fish, salads, vegetables, fruit juices. About twice a week , drink grapefruit juice before bed. These are the do's. The don'ts are as follows: No bread, sweets, soft drinks. Foloow this routine every day for a month. Then after a month you can pick a day a week must be the same day of the week and eat just about anything you want. Then go back to the rugular routine the other 6 days of the week. PLease read this carefully. If you do this with no exceptions for 6 to 8 months, I can almost guarantee you will lose weight. I have been there and I know. I say almost for every one is different. As I say , you must follow this to a t and do not drift from the routine. Have a great day and don't worry about anything.
