hi im in the same boat as you I lost my baby at 4 months on the 30/10/13 I find it really hard everyday I have the depo shot on the day of giving birth to him its now been about 8 weeks sense it run out im having periods witch im happy about it means my bodys sorting its self but t the mnt in coming on and off my periods at wired times I come on the 10 of march then off on the 14 of march then back on the 23 of march then back off on the 29 of march im writing it all down to keep track of my periods im a great beliver that if you keep on thinking about it ,it may take you longer I know its very hard not to ,
