Hello ! I'm a 17 yo old girl, and since yesterday I haven't been able to poop. Yesterday I felt a need to go to the bathroom, but when I tried to poop I couldn't, usually when I'm constipated I'm able to take it, I push a little and I'm able to poop and it's fine but yesterday the PAIN was unbearable, I couldn't deal with it at all, I took a laxatif, ate apples, olive oil , put on this cream that was supposed to help and I still couldn't do it. I feel like the poop is coming out but It CAN'T go out, and I feel like if I push any harder, I will explode or something so I held it in and kept taking water and feuits and vegetables. But today I'm still not able to do it, still go through the same pain as yesterday, and I've also noticed that my stomach became bloated, it's been this way all day Please help !!

I’m going through the same thing, doctors don’t know what is causing it yet, did you ever find out what was wrong. I know how painful it is

This I what I found if you are out there looking 4 a awnser

Let's say for argument sake that your body needs 4 sandwiches per day
in normal circumstances you'll eat 6 sandwiches a day
Your body takes what it needs and a little extra is stored as fat
All exceeding 4 will be expelled out the body

That what is expelled is largely based on your diet but generally
It comes down to waste products & a slew of things that might be harmful
But normally with it a big part of it is excess resources the body did not absorb

Like how vitamin c pills could be taken in multiple cus the body expels
You can,t overdose on these (unless "maby" you ingest a insane amount at once. basically Don,t try to overdose on vitamins cus someone said you could do so)

But when but when your diet drops in amount your unconscious starts to anticipate a shortage and starts saving up everything it can
(this btw is how you get fat people being in digestion limbo and then eating what tastes good and not what your body needs that results in a never ending hunger) now if your diet drops completely your body will take hard measures
But if you it's just a small amount continuously it'll get stuck and kind remain static

At this point pretty much only waste product's are traveling through your intestinal tract and the structure of the waste is like hot cheese int the smoll intestine it travels fairly well but probably also wreaking havoc on your bacteria butt when it gets into the large intestine the waste tends to remain static cus if the way of the large intestine convulsions work but in the end it
It causes the feeling of having to poo bad but not being able too
More blood falls down and by pushing hard you squeeze it out

But this much strain is likely to pop a vein and cause a hemorrhoid
So be aware


The I as in my conscious and the gut are best seen as 2 entities integrated but independent

Most issues with the body are trackeble too what you ate how you slept or what you did

While what you did is where all the fun at
What you ate & where how you slept is fundamental too your well-being

You should always primarily focus on the first 2
If you get those down then you can go nuts in the 3
Its not particularly fun eating & sleeping right
But it's the biggest contribution you make towards yourself in your entire life
Take the time to get the knowledge and listen to your body

When your body is happy you know it it purrs like a kitten and your mind feels like it's just been cleaned

You can always become better you can do it even if you fail in every way
