Hello,

I'm 20 years old n i just got my appendix removed on 23/12/16. Yup! 2 days b4 Christmas. Such delight. Lols. Anyways, I'm a plus size man aka kinda fat. Lols. Before the surgery, the doctors did mentioned about some complications that i might face during the surgery due to my body conditions but fortunately i didnt. My surgery was around 3pm that day n i woke up just fine afterwards at 9pm and was doing okey till the next morning when the dr gave a signal for me to go back home n rest. 

On 25/12 i noticed that it was hard for me to poop n the next day i found out that it was due to the med being prescribed by the dr, so i began to stop taking it. It went fine till 3 days ago i felt discomfort at the lower front right of ma abdomen. It feels like smthg is soo full. It felt okey again afterwards until yesterday (3/1/12) around 11pm when i felt like ma bladder might explode n it was hard for me to poop n pass gas. During that period i was googling symptoms regarding ma problem but not much infos were found.

At first i thought it's bcoz of the poop not being passed out that causing me to have pee problem but i'm doubting that. So i was hoping that smone could actually tell me what happened n is it serious? I was hoping to go to the hospital tonight but that would be kinda troublesome to ma parents. My bladder feels like it wanna pee but then it feels like smthg is stopping it. Hope that smone could help me w this problem. Thank u.
