Please read, this is a little detailed but I need help.
2 weeks I was with my boyfriend. We didn't have sex, but he did get a little precum, JUST a TINY but of PRECUM on my butt, but I'm scared it could of gotten near the vagina. I wiped it off and made sure it was gone. When this happened I was still on my period, but it was nearly over and there was little blood. My last period started on December 24th I believe, or the 23rd but I can't remember. and it ended on a Tuesday.
during that week I felt fine, but then last week I had discharge. Which is normal for me, but one day I found brown in it, then i found a little blood in it. My boyfriend did finger me though, so I don't know if that could be from that or just from my period.
Last Tuesday I felt sick and nauseous in the morning and that scared me very much. But I've felt fine since then. Then I started feeling very slight cramping, and as of today that's what I feel.
I'm very concerned, I don't know if these are legit signs or if I'm just paranoid.
I don't have access to a pregnancy test, and I heard you can still be pregnant if you have your period. I don't know when my next period starts but I'm very scared.

It's unlikely you are pregnant. Sperm would need to get INTO your vagina, not just near it.
Also, you will NOT have a period if you are pregnant. If you did, you'd have a miscarriage. You can have some bleeding however.
In this case I don't think you have to worry.
