I think you gave the answer yourself. You're a teenage girl. It's more or less natural to have a high sex drive. Most teenage girls are capable of repressing the urge, you apparently prefer to go with the urge. Nothing wrong with that as long as you are responsible and take the proper precautions against STD and pregnancy. Also, be discreet about your relationships. Not everybody needs to know. 

When we first showed up on this earth the average life span was much less than it is now, less than 30 years. Therefor we had to procreate at an early age to be able to raise a child before we died.

Even if it's not practical in today's world, our bodies want to have babies in our teens so it's certainly normal for you to be quite interested.
