Today, while I was outside with my friends, they grabbed my hands and legs, and carried me around. Then one of them (the one who held my hands) dropped me. I fell on my back, and then hit the ground with my head. After that, my head hurt really bad, and I couldn't talk for around 3 seconds. My head hurted less and less, but its been around 2-3 hours and my head still slightly hurts.. Also, my eyes flash every now and then (like I blink, but I don't). Do I have a concussion? Is my eyesight damiged because I hit the back? Shoud I contact the doctor, or just sleep and it will go away?

Yes, contact your doctor.
If you are having visual disturbances you need to get checked. It's also possible you lost consciousness for those 3 seconds when you couldn't talk.
You NEED to get checked. It may be nothing but a concussion can be serious.
