I got off Depo shot 1 month ago and having weird symptoms

I highly suggest you don't get on depo. I'm 18 and I HATE IT! I hate the after side affects of getting off and affects of getting on depo. I've been off since July only 4 months and I'm having the worst nightmare! My body is all types of screwed up and my boobs have been real sore and just literally any little touch hurts my breasts. The only good thing about it is my boobs have grown like crazy over night.

I got my last depo shot in January, last time I had unprotected sex was in March. I got my period about 2 wks after that, and it lasted like 12 days. Then now that my depo is wearing off, I don't have my period, it's a month and a half late. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy, and now my breasts are bigger and sore, but every pregnancy test is negative. I am freaking out so bad. Now I don't know if it's just the depo because I'm reading a lot of stories about how you can get pregnant on depo. The 12 day period can also be explained by pregnancy and I'm so scared. Anyone else going through the same thing?

i am 17 also. me and my fiance are trying to concieve, i am about a month and a few weeks past my last due shot that i never got and i am completely miserable. back pains, headaches, leg cramps, constipation, hard stomach, numb feet, nausea... life is hell... i have spotted 3 days maybe one to two weeks ago.. spotted today.. i just want to have my baby

I was on depo for 7 years with a couple 1 year breaks I’m 1 month off now had my period for the first time in forever..and my boobs are huge... what were your results?????

I recently got off depo. My last shot was three months ago. Am I pregnant because my breasts are so sore?

Hi. I know this is an old post but just wanted to share my experience. I've been on depo for 10years (I know how bad that is BTW so please don't come at me). But it was great for me in that it stopped my periods completely. Zero sex drive, but, I'm single and hate flings so this suited me! But then the weight gain. I've gained 4 stone since being on the depo, despite eating healthily, and being active. Then this past 2years I've lost a lot of energy and will to exercise, so it just got worse.
Anyway, I had my last shot early Feb, and until this week felt fine. This week though. Lowe back pain. Nausea. Headaches. Night sweats!? Hot flushes. Aching bones. Fatigue. Literally so tired when I wake up after 8 hrs sleep. My average sleep is 6 hrs and I always function brill on that. But seriously I panicked. I've still not had sex (sorry if tmi) for 2.5years,which,as I say, I'm fine with. Haha. My point is, I know for a fact I cannot be pregnant. But all these symptoms are that of pregnancy and/menopause. It's horrible!! Seriously, people warned me about depo but cos I enjoyed the zero periods, the convenience and the ease of it, I stayed on it. This past week has been horrific though, and reading some of these stories about these after effects lasting months and months, I'm not a happy bunny.
