i had a misscarriage in August 2008 and an ectopic pregnancy

Sometimes the best thing to do is just that "Give Up". I can't tell you how many times I have heard from a couple that when they stopped "TRYING" to have a baby, she discovers that she's pregnant. I've also heard this in relation to adopting as well.

Im kind of in the same boat as you, i had a miscarriage back in january 2008 and had to have a D&C and now were trying to conceive and been trying for two months and nothing, i know its only two months but i got pregnant with my daughter while i was on birth control but i was missing some pills and would end up taking 3 in one day but thats besides the point i thought i would be really fertile since getting pregnant with my daughter so unexpectedly...now im wondering if it has to do with the misscarriage aswell?? i hope you find your answer, just know your not alone.

Be careful about taking those doses!
Those are powerful hormones that you're taking.
DO NOT JUST DOUBLE OR TRIPPLE UP ON THE DOSES UNLESS TOLD TO DO SO BY A DOCTOR!
You're gambling.

PS: Your fertility doesn't depend upon how many prior pregnancies you had. Each ovulation is a separate event. It does not keep track with a score card of your history.

Speak to a doctor, nurse or planned parenthood, please... you need more education in this area than I can provide! %-)
