I had my cycle 3 weeks ago, but I started spotting last week and having some nausea

Yes I just had my cycle three weeks ago on October 17,2017 and I am spotting... I started spotting nov.4,2017 ... plus I feel so nausea. I don’t know what’s going on but I need answers
