Hi, i had sex for the first time (well penetration at least) almost a week ago with a girl ive known for a while (as a friend). I used a condom, but had to pull it down a couple times because it started to move up a bit, but the major top half of my penis never touched skin. Now almost a week later,the very tip of my penis has a  red area while the rest looks pale, and the edges of my foreskin is red and bit painful and maybe a bit swollen. I noticed it when i was masturbating and felt the tip of my foreskin a bit painful. Urinating causes no pain. What could it be? Ive been reading about herpes, but i am not sure my penis doesnt have any blisters or pimples and its almost not painful at all, just a bit of the foreskin.. thanks
