ive just found red spots on my testis, and they are quite painful when they brush against something. They kinda look like pimples when they have been scratched. They arent white, and i dont think many hair comes out from it, so im getting quite worried now. Isit a hygiene problem, or somethin more sinister?? help

I personally think they are just pimples, highly likely inflamed because they hurt.
When did they occur? Have you had any unprotected sex, so you are worried about an STD. Besides herpes, no STD hurts. Many std’s don’t have bumps as symptoms. Mulluscum contagiusm does but I don’t think that they hurt.

After going through these possible causes, I still think these are just pimples or some kind of cysts. Try applying some hydrocortisone every night to see if anything changes. I get bumps like that on my bottom a lot and they are really annoying. It takes them quite some time to disappear.

I am Bobby. I am 12 years old and my two-year-old brother got red spots on HIS testis! What the heck is the cause of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He said ouch when he touched it. My mom blamed this on the lack of personal hygiene. Still, it remains a mystery. A PAINFUL MYSTERY!! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These could be the reaction of an allergy to a food, or to a chemical in the environment.

If they appear to be fluid filled blisters, don't pop them. They will itch more.
I find they will fade over 3 or 4 days, and then I'm back to normal.

I would avoid eating tomatoes, nuts or anything very acidic. I find that makes be break out.

Good hygiene is important, but it doesn't play a part in what I'm describing.
Yes, i'd put neo-sporin or hydrocortozone on it, especially if any of the blisters pop!
