Hello. I've had a circumcision because of phimosis about 2 weeks and a half ago. Got my stitches out after 9 days, painful as a mother... But it went mostly good, no swelling... But 3 days ago, I can't even touch my glans with water (be it cold, warm or just right) half of my glans is not sensible and pale, half is red. A pretty well defined line between red and pale actually. So yeah, I can touch it with my fingers,  the suture doesn't bother me when I pull it back.... But oh man when water touches it... The pain is unreal. Also, I have noticed a part of a stitch did not come out, also, at the bottom of the glans, I aleays have this white sticky stuff. Is it and infection? Or something? And why does water touching my glans hurt soooooo damn much?! Also, The white stuff doesn't smell like anything, no pulsing pain, no fever... Just half red half pale, immense pain when water touches it and... Idk... Any ideas?

Hi guest,

The white stuff is smegma.  It occurs naturally and you need to clean it off.

Your glans is very sensitive because it has been covered by your foreskin all your life.  It's NORMAL.  It will become less sensitive as it is touched more/dries out some.

Hang in there.  Give things some time.

Hello again! Apparently, it was not smegma... The white stuff turned to green. And it starts from the base of the glans to a bit over half. And now it's just a lot of green stuff. And I mean A LOT. I clean it up and in 2 hours it's back to full green substance.. I'm probably going to see a doctor in the morning, but i would like a second opinion. Also. I took a lot of Zinnat. Could it be candid? It appeared a few days after I stopped taking Zinnat

See your doctor. It can be a yeast infection. The antibiotics likely triggered a reaction.

It happens.
