Two years ago I had to have both tubes removed.I also have a fibroid. I haven't had a period in three months.I have lost weight.feel sick in the mornings but usually by mid afternoon I feel better.I had a couple of bloody spots and that was it.I have headaches I'm irritable and I'm tired all the time.is it possible I could be pregnant?

Its not possible to become pregnant in normal if both tubes are removed to get pregnancy one has to go through IVF in this case
