Help me please, i was experiencing some respiratory problems so i went to doctors and she told me i have bronchial asthma that has been cause by my allergies. Straight away i went to do an allergy test and it turns out i am allergic to polen of trees, grass, flowers, ragweed. I dont know what to do ? Is there anything i could drink to ease the symptoms, its really affecting my life. Doctor gave me these pills Antihistamines but i was thinking if there is anything else i can do to minimize the symptoms. HeLP
