Hello, so I'm 18 years old female and I have had none stop bleeding for around 2 years. Sometimes if I'm lucky I'll get around 4 days of not bleeding but then I'll bleed really heavy to the point where it will leak through a tampon that I just put in! The longest I have gone within 2 years has been 1 month of not bleeding and another 1 month when I was on a contraception pill, although the pill worked for 1 month I got sever pain after stopping the pill and ended up in A&E.. the pain was a 10/10 and I'm surprised I didn't pass out from it. I just feel so frustrated as the Doctors don't seem to understand what effect it has on my life, they seem to just think it's not that big of a deal! I have been to the Doctors so many times and I have even had a scan to see if anything is wrong (which apparently there isn't) I'm just feeling really sad and confused on what to do, I have so many questions like how will I have kids if I can't stop bleeding all of the time, how can I find a new sexual partner when I'm bleeding all of the time?! and how can I do the job that I want to do (Cam modeling). I have to wear a tampon in EVERYDAY incase I bleed, if I don't which I have accidentally done before I will bleed a lot to the point it is dripping down my legs. I'm getting really worried about it and so fed up to the point that maybe I should get a Hysterectomy because I just feel as if I have no other options when I've been on the Depo, tried so many contraception pills and the Doctors not understanding how annoying it is and not giving me any suggestions on what to do:( Basically I'd just like to know if anyone has had the same problem as me and has got it sorted and if so by what and how? also maybe there's options other than a Hysterectomy, please let me know.
