I am a 21yr old. I have been experiencing this nauseated feeling like motion sickness kind of feeling about a week now. Along with lower adominal area around my ovaries and such I also felt that my left ovary is swollen. I haven't been able to keep much down and when I do I still end up throwing up yellow stuff. I somewhat ruled out pregnancy because my cycle won't come till next week on the tenth but it's still possible. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP
