im 31 years old, i work 6 days a week, single, i am under a lot of stress, i got injured last summer at hockey so i dont exercise anymore and lately i have been having panic attacks, and other things as well, im losing it at work, i feel like im on edge all the time, my heart never calms down. i went to the doctor and he prescribed some clonazepam, i took like half of one (im afraid to get addicted or something, as i write this i am having a mild panic attack and it is 750am, i just woke up and felt it was there. if anyone is having the same symptoms please let me know any advise or open dscussion is more than welcome

I would have your thyroid checked being sure to have your thyroid Antibodies checked.  If your thyroid antibodies are up I would look on youtube about hashimoto's  or thyroid.  I would suggest that you try a gluten free diet.  I have had anxiety problems for years and am finally getting some help.  The pharmacologist Dr. Binkley in Nashville Tn said that panic attacks have a physical basis rather than a mental basis.  I would also suggest a good b- complex.  I take shaklee b-complex.
