So I have had a Congo pus migrain for the passed year now everyday it starts out as a headache the as the day progresses it only gets worse I have been to the Dr and had a MRI they can't seem to find out what's wrong I'm living my life in physical pain and it's reflecting on my social life how am I suppose to explain to my boyfriend (who has never had a headache before) that I'm not depressed and I'm not emo I just have a migraine? Please help someone who has never experienced the pain will never understand not to mention I have tried every medication out there of any one has any recommendations on medicine that works please let me know

If I were you I'd try meditation. Put some soothing music on. Try listening to te band this will destroy you. Lay in your bed and just focus on the music. Drink some tea, try to cut down on your caffeine. If you usually don't get that much caffeine, then try eating a piece of chocolate. I'm not sure this will fix anything..but I get chronic migraines too and sometimes it helps me.
