I have like this small red area around the ring thingy on my male organ, Is this herpes ?

I have like this small red area around the ring thingy on my penis it's been there for weeks now I also get this mild burning sensation sometimes. I don't get it during sex or even after. I kinda did before tho. A month ago I was diagnosed with gonorrhea and was giving an shot of penecillan and 4 anti-biotic pills. Because I had an yellow discharge . After a couple days that went away. So then a week later I was getting a burning feeling all around my shaft and my doctor said it was urethritis . So I was giving an anti-biotic for a week. So then after that it continued to an certain extent and my doctor did an prostate check and told me it was an prostate infection. NOW I'm currently still taking the medication and it's been about two weeks already and I still get the burning sensation here and there. I also sometimes feel a tiny tingling feeling once every two days or so then not to mention there's this small red spot around the ring of my penis on just the left side. It's been there for about two weeks and hasn't gotten worse or even went away . I'm truly scared that it could possibly be Herpes. I have no discharge and I urinate fine . No burn what so ever . Somebody please give me some information. My girlfriend is pregnant with my baby and I hope I hadn't passed off anything from having sex with her. What started all of this was two days after I cheated on my girlfriend with another woman. I contacted the other woman and she said she was clean and that she was tested for everything a week or less before we had sex .
