I'm a 28 year old, single male and a labor worker . It been about three months now that my genital area and anus area got numb. It all started when I got back from work with a pinching sensation under my left scrotum when I sat down on floor. I went to sleep that night thinking it was nothing . The next day I woke went to work and then notice this strange sensation like it was burning. I though it some rash from my clothes . I went home and that when I notice that I couldn't feel my left side of my penis and scrotum. I went to the doctor and explain but he said it just fungus skin infection and prescribe me some anti fungus cream. That still didn't help with the burning. He also tested me for std and sugar level but everything came back normal. I even got my prostate check and it was normal. That night I went to the restroom to masterbate. When I was about to enjaculate I flex my pelvic muscle. Then I felt this pinch sensation under my right scrotum. That when my penis , scrotum and anus lost sensation. When I walk I feel this stinging, and burning sensation. I feel like I'm wearing really tight undergarment. My penis sometimes ache. When I sit down i feel sensation like if I'm ejaculating. I mostly feel on the left side. My doctor also check my testosterone and cholesterol level. My testosterone came back a little low but my cholesterol came back high. I doubt this could be the cause of my problem. It all happen so fast.I also feel gassy . I would like to know if I pinch a nerve ? How can I treat this ? Will I recover from this ?

The low testosterone most certainly effects your reproductive organs, take it from us females with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome which is a nightmare... and symptoms just come on JUST like THAT, but hospitals are honestly NOT very good with any hormone issues and like to try and fob people off or try to say you have other things to sell you medications... it seems they can't be assed with it... but go back and force them to do something about it. You have no idea how long you've had low testosterone levels ether and depending on the body type you may not show any symptoms straight away depending how resistant your body is to it, and how the heavy lifting and stuff CAN unbalance your hormone levels through the stress on your body, so it may be a cue that you also need to take a couple weeks off of rest, but go back and get them to help you with the low testosterone levels because it does effect sperm production as well causing loss of sensation and with having PCOS i've felt weird pinching feelings around my ovarys and i get achy feelings inside my parts too. However the burning feeling definitely indicates some sort of infection but it may not be fungal so id go back and get them to check for other infections, could just be a wee infection so get them to test your wee too, but when it concerns hormones it's NOT a joking matter.
